How to get to the Helix…

The Helix is located in the Dublin City University (DCU) Campus in Glasnevin, which is roughly about 10km north west of Dublin city centre. The best way to get there from the city centre is to hop on bus numbers 4, 11, 11A, 11B, 13, 13A and 19A.

If driving from Dublin city centre, take the N1 north towards Drumcondra. Continue on towards the M1 until you get to the junction at Whitehall. Here take a left onto Collins Avenue and as you drive along this street you should see DCU on the left after the St. Aidans CBS.

Dublin hotels: Jurys Croke Park

If travelling from outside Dublin city you firstly need to get on the M50 ringroad. Keep on the M50 until you reach the Ballymun exit (Junction 4). Once you take the exit you can drive through Ballymun and turn left at the Collins Avenue/Ballymun Road crossroads (approx 500 meters). At the second set of traffic lights turn right in to the entrance for DCU.

Dublin hotels closeby…
