Magners League – Leinster Vs Munster…

Dublin hotels: Herbert Park Hotel

Leinster are currently at the top of the league table with 33 points but Munster aren’t far behind on 25 points. These two sides have already met in the Magners League last November in a low scoring provincial derby that saw Leinster defeat Munster by 10-3, and with the end of the Magners League in sight, will Leinster be able to retain their position at the top of the table, or will Declan Kidney’s lads be able to clinch a win on the day? Whatever the outcome it’s sure to be a cracking game!

The game kicks off at 6.30pm on Saturday 12th April at the main arena in the RDS.

How to get to the RDS…

The Royal Dublin Society or the RDS as it’s more commonly known, can be found in the suburb of Ballsbridge, Dublin D4.

Dublin hotels: Roxford Lodge Hotel

It is walkable from the city centre, but you’re better off getting the bus number 7, 5 and 45 from Nassau Street. If you do decide to walk just head along Nassau Street (next to Trinity College) for about 150 metres. From here you can turn right and follow the signposts for the R118 (Mount Street). Stay on this road for about 2kms (the road becomes Merrion Road) and you should see the RDS on your right hand side.

You could also get the DART train, as far at the  Lansdowne Road stop and then take the short walk to the RDS.
