About the festival…
At the Mind Body and Spirit Festival you can purchase from a collection of natural and organic products and perhaps discover some new ones. There is also some discussions and sharing of meditation techniques and other complimentary healing practises.
You can also learn the art of Yoga and lots more like Reflexology, Alchemy, Organic produce, Chinese Medicine to name a few.

To aid in your meditations you can also find a great deal of crystals, candles and other organic products. So why not head to the Mind, Body, Spirit and Yoga Festival at the Industries Hall in the RDS over the weekend of Saturday 15th to Monday 17th of March.
How to get to the RDS…
The Royal Dublin Society (RDS) concert and exhibition venue is located in Ballsbridge, about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. Just continue along Nassua Street for about 150 metres. Then take a right and follow the signposts for the R118 (Mount Street). Stay on this road for about 2km and you’ll eventually come to the RDS on your right hand side.

Ballsbridge is well served by Dublin bus and you can catch numbers7, 5, and 45, from Nassau Street, just around the corner from the well known Trinity College.
Another option is the DART train which you can pick up at Connolly or Tara Street Station in the city centre and get off at the Landsdown Road Stop which is just a few steps from the RDS.
